Manage relationships with existing customers by effectively and promptly responding to their needs so as to achieve service levels as defined
Customer Service &Support.
Interacting with the customers to resolve queries, complaints and requests for information.
Support in Execution of Agreements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention
Coordination internally with Finance and Accounts, Legal, Sales and Projects for resolutions
Manage and operate Customer service portals
Handling post sales communication in coordination with sales and finance
Ensuring good maintenance of data bank and reporting systems
Responsible for attending to client’s complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
Responsible for processing request for documentations in coordination with legal and F&A(i.e. ATS, issuing of receipts, payment collections, issuing of demand letters)
Processing of Marketing expense invoices.
Support in Sales activities
