1. Responsible to search and appoint new distributors / dealers/ retailers in weak areas.
2. Generate orders from new and existing customers as per sales target.
3. Monitor the performance of existing channel partners. Identify issue and take action to deal with them.
4. To handle team of executives and field staff.
5. Can enhance productivity of sales staff and to ensure that all sales staff achieve their scheduled sales target
6. To check weekly (DSR) report of FS & take corrective actions immediately.
7. Conduct sales promotional activities like contractor meet, local events, exhibitions, in-house seminars, product demo to direct customers etc.
8. Propose sales promotion plan/schemes to the sales head and successfully implement sales support activities to generate and close new leads.
9. Follow-up with distributors for payment & collect it within time.
10. Observe competitor activities & presence in market, product knowledge, sales promotional schemes & other important updates and share the same with HO & seniors.
