Area of Responsibilities

Maintaining the L&D MIS, budget vs. actual, variance analysis and sharing the monthly provision to finance team.
Maintaining MIS and Reports to be published to Executive Board and internal magazines
Working towards forming training need identification system for the organization at global level, understanding training requirements from various department heads

Prepare annual and quarterly dashboard & presentation of learning and development.

Data Analysis and Creating MIS Preparing the daily, weekly & monthly dashboard for review purpose

Advance Excel knowledge is must

Strong command on excel in MIS.

Should be able to make effectively automated report of any data.

Designing monthly training calendar for employees across PAN India.

Handling on-boarding, employee creation and data management.

Maintaining the all payroll related MIS and attrition analysis.

Salary 3 Lac 50 Thousand To 7 Lac P.A.

Qualification Other Bachelor Degree
